Order Cancellation
Wholesale orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
After 24 hours, the order is submitted to our French brand partners and prepared for international shipment. At that stage, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Final Sale Policy
Because our products are imported specifically for wholesale buyers, all delivered orders are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
● Change of mind
● Slow retail sales
● Incorrect fragrance or product selection
● Over-ordering
● Customer preference changes
Exceptions may apply only for confirmed damage, missing items, wrong items, or approved product quality issues.
Arrival Inspection & Damage Claims
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
If you notice damaged packaging, leaking liquid products, broken fragrance bottles, missing units, or incorrect items, contact your MaFrance account manager within 48 hours.
To process a claim, please provide:
● Photos of the outer shipping carton
● Photo of the shipping label
● Photos of the damaged or affected items
● Batch number or product identification where available
● A clear description of the issue
Once the issue is verified, MaFrance will provide one of the following resolutions:
● Store credit toward your next wholesale order
● Replacement of the affected item in your next shipment
● A suitable alternative resolution approved by MaFrance
In most cases, you will not be required to return damaged products to Canada or France, as cross-border return shipping may cost more than the product itself.
Product Quality Issues
If you or your customer notices a possible product quality issue, such as unusual fragrance changes, visible product defects, abnormal liquid separation, or other manufacturing concerns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
MaFrance will review the issue and communicate with the French brand partner where needed. If a quality concern is confirmed, we may provide store credit, a replacement, or another approved resolution.
